- Compliant with welding standards DVS 2207 and suitable for all types of thermoplastic sheets (HD-PE, PP, PP-H, PP-B, PP-S, PVC-U, PVC-RL, PVDF, etc.).
- The control system adopts Siemens PLC with an intuitive touch screen.
- Welding data recording (parameters) with automatic selection of specific welding pressures, temperatures, and times.
- Specific welding pressure and temperature are selected based on material data.
- Capable of welding thicknesses from 3mm to 50mm, bending thicknesses from 3mm to 20mm.
- The temperature difference in each area of the heating plate is controlled within ±5℃.
- Illumination in the welding zone.
